1. When ordering parts for repairs we may ask for a deposit before the part can be ordered and the engineer can visit.2. If you need to cancel your booking please give us 24hrs notice or we may charge.3. Payment accepted is debit/credit card or cash, commercial work will be invoiced with payment due by cheque within 30 days.4. We do not accept cheques from individuals when work is being undertaken at a place of residence.5. If a engineer vists for a second call out and the customer cancels the work to be done a call out charge may be required.6. If an engineer is asked by the customer to undo the work that has been done a charge may be applied.7. In the event that an invoice is not settled within 30 days of the date of the invoice Cambridge Fitness Equipment Services reserves the right to charge a fortnightly administration fee. (2.5% of invoice) In addition the customer will be liable for legal costs and disbursements incurred by Cambridge Fitness Equipment Services arising from the default. 8. Any service or advice which may be offered by Cambridge Fitness Equipment Services, its staff or agents to users of suitable parts and repair options is rendered in all good faith and Cambridge Fitness Equipment Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising there from. 9. Parts that have been fitted to a customers machine have a 12 month warranty subject to the machine being services by ourseleves 6 months into the 12 month warrranty otherwise this warranty may be void. 10.
